Profile – Organization Profile

The Organization Profile section allows you to update essential details about your organization, including its name, address, contact information, and logo. Uploading your organization’s logo ensures that users see your branding in the Dashboard upon login, reinforcing trust and brand identity.

You can also add your company website URL, allowing users to click on your logo or company name to be redirected to your website or extranet. This feature provides seamless access to additional resources and strengthens your organization’s online presence.

Organization Configuration

• Organization ID – Unique system-generated identifier for your organization. Provide this ID when contacting support.
• Organization Name – The official name of your organization.
• Organization Phone – Primary contact phone number.
• Organization Website – Website URL for your organization.

Address Information

• Street Address – Primary street address.
• Street Address 2 – Additional address details (e.g., Suite, Floor, Unit).
• City – The city where your organization is located.
• State / Province – The state or province of your organization.
• ZIP / Postal Code – Postal code of your organization’s address.
• Country – The country where your organization is registered.

Organization Logo

The organization logo appears in the Dashboard, enhancing brand visibility.

• Recommended Format: PNG (supports transparency for better print results).
• Minimum Size: 300 pixels in width or height.
• File Size Limit: Maximum 2 MB.

For optimal printing results, upload a high-quality PNG file with transparency. Logos smaller than 300 pixels may appear blurry when printed.
