Welcome to IDpack Cloud ("IDC"), the best SaaS solution for designing, managing, and printing plastic ID cards online. Access your ID cards anywhere and anytime, from any modern web browser, using our cloud-based solution. In addition, IDC supports 94 card printers and will give you the best printing quality on the market.

Here are 9 of the technologies we are using:Below we have put together some examples of them. If your computer supports IDC, you will have no problems using any of them. Otherwise, don't hesitate to contact us with your computer specs (computer, OS model and version, browser model, and version) for further guidance. We will do our best to make it work.
IDC uses SVG technology to provide perfect printing quality using vectorial images. To know if your browser supports SVG technology, you will see a transparent SVG logo on your screen.

SVG LogoThese icons illustrate the difference between bitmap and vector images. The bitmap image is made up of a fixed set of pixels, whereas the vector image is made up of a fixed set of shapes. Looking at the picture, we can see that increasing the size of the bitmap shows the pixels while increasing the size of the vector image keeps the shape intact. All IDC templates are designed using SVG technology for the best resolution possible.

IDC uses WebP technology to provide perfect image compression that are smaller for the same quality, or of higher quality for the same size. WebP is an image file format that Google has developed as a replacement for JPEG, PNG, and GIF file formats. Google announced the WebP format in September 2010, and released the first version of its supporting library in April 2018. As of November 2021, 96% of the web browsers support WebP.

Capture Photo IDs in real-time with IDC. To test it, click the Capture Photo ID button or the Live Capture feed. IDC will make sure to use your maximum webcam resolution (up to 4K Ultra HD), depending on your chosen plan. Do not worry, IDpack Cloud cannot see the live feed of your webcam, as it is in your browser window only. If another webcam-using app is open, the camera on our platform will not work. You cannot have two opened webcams at the same time.
