Designer – Line tool

The Line tool allows you to add straight lines in any direction to your design. You can customize the thickness, color, and opacity to match your design requirements. Lines are positioned using start and end points, making them useful for separating sections or creating structured layouts.

Position

The Position properties define where the line starts and ends within the design. Adjusting these values allows precise control over line placement.

• First point (X) – Sets the X position of the starting point, measured from the left edge of the design.
• First point (Y) – Sets the Y position of the starting point, measured from the top edge of the design.
• Second point (X) – Sets the X position of the ending point, measured from the left edge of the design.
• Second point (Y) – Sets the Y position of the ending point, measured from the top edge of the design.

Adjusting these properties ensures lines are properly aligned and positioned within the design.

Properties

• Visible

  Controls whether the line is displayed in the badge preview and print output. When unchecked, the line remains in the design but is not printed.

• Opacity

  Adjust the line opacity using predefined levels: None, 25%, 50%, 75%, or 90%.

• Color

  Sets the line color using the color picker or a hex value.

• Thickness

  Sets the line thickness. Minimum value: 0.25 mm.
