There is a new live chat feature on and the IDpack Cloud application. The new feature allows website visitors and customers to get immediate support via a handy chat window.

The chat function has been rolled out to help communicate quickly and easily with support through offering a real-time service online. By encouraging people to use the quick chat function for simple enquiries, we can also focus on more complicated enquiries sent via our ticketing system.

The chat function is available Monday to Friday 09:00–16:30 (EST) except holidays. But we might be available right now, go check it out!
